Cissbury Fields Public engagement event

We're trying to bring nature back at Cissbury Fields and you're a part of it.

Thursday 26 May between 3pm and 5pm Top of Central Avenue, Findon Valley.

Worthing Borough Council is holding an engagement event about the re-naturing of Cissbury Fields, and Findon Valley residents are very welcome to come along during this session at the Fields (top of Central Avenue) to pass on your views and hear the Council’s current plans. Roadside parking is of course limited so if possible do the ‘green thing’ and leave the car at home!

The Borough Council consultants said:
We’re trying to bring nature back at Cissbury Fields and you’re a part of it. Join us from 3pm – 5pm on Thursday 26th of May to reflect on the history of the fields and talk about how they are currently used. We’ll brining nature into the dialogue so all voices are welcome.
This will be the first of a series of on-going engagements we’re hoping to facilitate across the summer that will enable us to collectively think about the future of the site together. If you can’t make it, don’t worry. We’ll share the dates of further opportunities for reflection together soon.

Please RSVP to this invitation so we can gauge numbers – to Lance Allen.

This workshop is being run by staff at Adur & Worthing Councils together with freelance researchers and partners including South Downs National Park and Worthing Museums.
